After speaking with @Tyrone Cox Please update your records to apply the following changes:

Adding our new LICENSE #3
License Name: VBL:01 - Personnel Travel Small assigned to Elite Services, our initial document has been edited to reflect these changes.

Please find attached the Pro-Rata receipt for the new license to take effect from FEB 7TH until MARCH 1ST calculated as follows:

1 Month (5000) / 28 Days = $179 per day.

$179 * 22 Reamining Days = $3,938 Pro-Rata rate for Feb 7th - Mar 1st.

    The license(s) for your business has expired, and your business is illegally operating. Please can you arrange that these get renewed as soon as possible. Your business should not be operating without a license.

    I would like to remind you of the below rule about operating a business without a license:

    Failure to license your business while operating in a commercial capacity will result in a "lock-down" of your business and any property associated with it by the San Andreas State Government. Any business placed in "lock-down" may be sold but may not be operated in a commercial capacity. Further continuation of commercial capacity operations without licensing will result in a full seizure of any property associated to the business, termination of the business by the San Andreas State Government, and the business owner will also not be eligible to own, register, or license a business for 1 month.

    You will be given 1 week to pay from when the license expired. Failure to pay then the above will be enforced and legal action taken against yourself. If your business is no longer operating please notify us

- Removal of the EEBL:01 - Adult Entertainment license from everything
- Addition of FSBL:04 - Private Security Firm to Elite Services

This brings our new payment from 15k a month to 20k a month
( 5k taken off from Adult Entertainment, 10k added for Private Security Firm )

Addition of License #3 GRBL:04 - Fuel Retailer which is assigned to our registered subsidiary business LSMC Gas

Payment for the existing licenses + the new Fuel Retailer will be made and sent later today.

Modification of Licensing Conditions

    As a current license holder, I must inform you that effective immediately the GRBL:04 - Fuel Retailer violations have been updated as authorized by the Board of Commissioners.

    A summary of the changes are as follows:
    1. The time before a stage 1 violation for failure to refuel has been reduced from 3 consecutive weeks to 2 consecutive weeks.
    2. The time before a stage 2 violation for failure to refuel has been reduced from 2 months to 3 consecutive weeks.
    3. The time before a stage 3 violation for failure to refuel including business termination and seizure of property has been reduced from 3 months to 1 month.
    Fuel stations that are currently in breach of their licensing regulations will still be handled under the old violation standards in the interest of fairness.
    Any fuel station that reaches a stage 1 violation from today, 09/NOV/2022, will be handled under these new violation standards.

    Please find below the new wording:

    GRBL:04 - Fuel Retailer
    Any business that sells bulk quantities of fuel must possess a Fuel Retailer License.
    • License Fee:
      * There is a monthly cost of $80,000 for this license.

      Restrictions & Requirements:
      * Ownership of a Fuel Station.
      * Must be actively trading under The San Andreas State Government.

      Violations:
      * Failure to refuel your gas station for 2 consecutive weeks will result in a fine of $40,000.
      * Selling fuel with octane above 100, selling red diesel, selling AVGas, along with the gas station being empty for 3 weeks will result in 30 months in prison and a fine of $60,000.
      * Failure to refuel the gas station consecutively for 1 month will result in 60 months in prison, along with a property removal and a business termination.
    If you wish to cancel your license as you do not agree to the new terms you must inform us immediately by responding to this licensing document.
