Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections because this City needs a change in the system. I am aware that everyone who applies "wants" to make a change, but they never follow their word. I am someone who usually finds a way to get what they want to make things better for the people around me. I want to help keep the criminals controlled, and I also want to help them rehabilitate a bit, I know I won't be able to do much, but I would love to at least try.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
During stressful situations I take a step back and analyze what is going on so I can understand it better and find a way to deal with such in a professional and correct form. If I were to be hired, I would definitely communicate what is going on so I can have more people help me find a solution to the problem that I'm facing.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
Most of the time I am in town, I will be working at the Department.

I am a very professional person, everywhere I go I tend to have a discussion with the person in charge to make sure everything is being done correctly. Some may call them, managers. This trait will help me learn more about the inside work inside of the prison, I will never do anything unless I am sure of it, and if I have any questions I will ask someone with more experience about it. I am also very dedicated, I tend to stick to what I want and most of the time I succeed in getting it. This will help me taking charge of the prisoners and controlling them in a successful way.

My name is Doris Jackson, I am 62 years old. I have been in different departments in my old city. I would describe myself as a very serious and professional person who hates injustice. I want everyone to be treated as they should, with professionalism and no errors. I have been in charge of many organizations such as, M.O.M (Moms Opposed to Mistreatment), M.A.L.M (Moms Against Lazy Millennials) among others. I have 3 children, Braellen who is 24 years old, Jaxlin, 27, and Jobert 38. They are my biggest accomplishment in this life.

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
As mentioned before, I am very professional, I am a quick learner. I have deeply studied and researched the behavior of prisoners so I know how to handle them in many situations. I am loyal to who I work for, and will do what it takes to succeed in this department.

Yes I do, as mentioned before I was part of some organizations, where we, as moms, planned out many events to protest the injustice to the citizens that we are. Everything we did we had to communicate in detail to understand specifically how the event was going to be.
