I was directed by Hope Kant to appeal the conclusion of my appeal to the Supreme court, so I hope I am doing this in the right location as it seems there has been little to no movement on anything here for a long time.

I am appealing the conclusion of an appeal against the conclusion of a trial against me on the grounds that it is illogical, makes zero sense whatsoever and promotes the violation of constitutional rights.

My constitutional rights protect me from unlawful searches and seizures, and I see multiple references to "fruit of a poisonous tree" in other court documents in relation to evidence found under an unlawful unconstitutional search.

The conclusion of the appeal (which also found me not guilty of the qualifying charge) seems to hinge on the officers "good faith" in conducting their duties but this is an outright assumption and a way to justify the conclusion given which breaches my constitutional rights. The officer most definitely was not operating under "good faith", was extremely combative and searching for any possible reason to arrest me - which, was overturned at trial and I was found not guilty.

The conclusion to the appeal of my trial sets the precedent that officers can do as they please under the guise of "good faith" as they can be confident that even if the qualifying charge for searches gets appealed successfully, the subsequent possessions found as a result of this incorrect search will stick. You have given officers the green light to breach constitutional rights of civilians in the instance that they do not fully understand (or have evidence to support) a qualifying charge for detainment and search.
