Los Santos: After each month, supervisory personnel of the Los Santos Police Department conduct a thorough review of officer statistics within their divisions and nominate those who have shown significant dedication to the Department based on statistics such as duty hours, individual performances within divisions, administrative efforts, and above all, their embodiment of the values that the Department holds dear.
The title of "Officer of the Month" is distinguished and is awarded to officers who have demonstrated unwavering dedication, outstanding performance, and unrivaled professionalism in the line of duty, and who through their steadfast commitment to the communities and the pursuit of justice, embody the very essence of the core values of the Department, where excellence is not just another word, but the backbone on which our law enforcement philosophy is built.
This month, it is with great honor that we shine a light on, commend, and salute Police Officer III Elijah Allen for his efforts, dedication, and achievements. Officer Allen has been voted Officer of the Month for January 2025.

Officer Allen was nominated by Sergeant II Charles Williams, who serves as his Assistant Commanding Officer within the Rockford Hills Patrol Division. Sergeant Williams had the following to say about Officer Allen:
Officer Elijah Allen completed the Police Academy on the 9th of October, 2023 and earned his Police Officer badge on the 1st of November the same year. Allen would resign later that year before reinstating on the 20th of October of 2024 as a Police Cadet as part of the Field Training Program.
Elijah earned his mettle as a Police Officer once again on the 10th of November of 2024 before being assigned to the Rockford Hills Patrol Division where he currently resides. Elijah's stellar performance earned him an upgrade to Police Officer II on the 16th of December the same year, solidifying his role as an Officer within Rockford Hills. Yesterday, on the 3rd of February Elijah was promoted to Police Officer III - proving himself as a seasoned, senior Officer of the Department and his respective patrol division. Elijah is currently a Helicam Operator for the Air Support Division - earning his stripes through the Field Training Division as a Field Training Officer primarily.
The Department finds it important to acknowledge the tireless efforts and unwavering dedication of our officers amidst the daily challenges and responsibilities.

Sergeant II, Assistant Commanding Officer, Rockford Hills Patrol Division wrote: This month, Rockford Hills recognizes Police Officer II Elijah Allen as the member who has gone above and beyond in his duties. Officer Allen has clocked 156.1 hours on shift this month which is the highest in all of GOB and made 64 contributions to the Government website. These statistics are exemplary and show how hard working Officer Allen is.
