Grounds for Divorce: Irretrievable breakdown of the marriage: He turned into something I no longer recognise.
More recently he stole a large amount of personal items from locked safes, and from all of my cars from a property he lived in. After our relationship ended, I left his access to the property so he could retrieve his items, and in the year that I knew him and believing him to be a good person, didn't think he would steal from me. Much to my surprise, I found almost all valuable items stolen from my property, and from 3 different cars. I have filed a police report.
Conditions for divorce: It is only final once each item he has stolen from me is returned to me. Absolutely everything. (To Aug: We both want this, so let's speed this up. I don't care if you've sold half of it, you'll re-purchase each and every item, and return all of it).

He also gifted me a number of items including x2 parachutes, which he forcibly broke into my safes to retrieve. I expected that, however.
The other condition to the divorce is I want a full written apology taking full accountability, not just for the robbery but for the way he treated me.
Once those conditions are met, the divorce can be finalized.
