IN THE SUPERIOR COURT
FOR THE STATE OF SAN ANDREAS

  • Docket Number:
    #22-CM-0049
    Date Filed:
    07/AUG/2022
    Violations:
    NM03 - Unlawful Assembly
    VF01 - Evading an Officer
    SF07 - Bank Robbery

    State of San Andreas

    v.

    Vicky Ming

INDICTMENT

  • THE PROSECUTION CHARGES THAT:
    1. On or about 24/JUN/2022 at 22:50, the Los Santos County Sheriff's Department responded to a bank robbery, and a Deputy arrived as a bunch of vehicles were fleeing the bank. The Deputy was operating both lights and sirens, and all the individuals fleeing the bank continued to flee and ignore the lights and sirens. The Deputy was able to obtain a long list of license plates of these vehicles, and later investigation was conducted.

One such vehicle was a Hakuchou, bearing the license plate 8V2QW6TD, which was/is registered to Vicky Ming. Through further investigation, investigators reviewed video of the individuals fleeing the bank, and an individual strongly resembling the physical description of Vicky Ming. An investigator questioned Ms. Ming, who denied all involvement.

The Investigator released Ms. Ming from custody, pending further investigation, but prior to doing so, the investigator took photographs of Ms. Ming's tattoos. These photographs were later compared to images of the individuals fleeing the bank, and Ms. Ming's tattoos match.

Of important note, Ms. Ming was wearing the same clothing during the interview with Investigators as the individual seen running from the bank.

Docket Notice

"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

  • Parties,

This is to serve as a final notice to the defendant to respond on the docket and turn themself in to law enforcement. The case has been pending a response from the defendant for an extended period of time. The courts will only provide the defendant 7 more days prior to involuntarily dismissing the case in favor of prosecution due to lack of response from the defendant.

    Respectfully,

Docket Notice
"HERE FOR YOU | SAFE FOR YOU"

  • To whom it may concern,

As previously stated, the defendant was given ample time to engage with the courts, but has failed to do so. That being said, the case is now being dismissed in favor of the prosecution citing an involuntary dismissal on the part of the defense due to lack of response from the defendant. Thank you to the parties involved. This case is now dismissed.

    Respectfully,
