The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Voluntary Dismissal with Prejudice, and the reasoning for request is as follows;


  • Reasoning: The Prosecution would like to dismiss The charges of DM04 - Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed and DM02 - Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance.
  • Detailed Explanation: After an internal investigation between the prosecution and LSSD we have decided to drop the charges.

ISSUANCE OF VERDICT


IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Martin James

A decision was reached in the above case on the 22nd day of June, 2024.


The case of #24-CM-0027, State of San Andreas v. Martin James has been resolved.

A Motion for Voluntary Dismissal has been filed by the Prosecution and has been accepted by the court.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of DM04 - Possession of a Controlled Substance While Armed, I find the defendant, Martin James, not guilty.
  • On the count of DM02 - Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, I find the defendant, Martin James, not guilty.

The defendant shall be entitled to compensation in the amount of $13,000 for the difference in fines paid and time served - this compensation along with an update of the defendant's record can be handled at Rockford Hills City Hall by a qualified official.
