EMPLOYEE COMMENDATION

• If you would like to commend an employee of the Los Santos Police Department, please fill out the form provided. You may file a commendation by submitting this form to the Internal Affairs Division.
  
  Alternatively, you may write a letter to the captain of the station in your Area, or directly to the Chief of Police.
  
  Verbal commendations may be given to any Department supervisor. Your comments will be reviewed by the (Assistant) Commanding Officer, Internal Affairs Division, and the commended employee. Through the process, the commended employee and their direct supervisors will be made aware of the filed commendation.

  * Note that this form is only used for commending the actions of Los Santos Police Department employees. The Los Santos Police Department does not handle commendations for other departments in San Andreas, such as the Los Santos County Sheriff’s Department or the Department of Corrections.
