Los Santos: The Los Santos Police Department's Robbery and Homicide Division are asking for the public’s help in providing any information that could lead to the arrest of the suspect involved in the murder of a 24-year-old male.

On April 16, around 12:17 p.m., Vinewood Patrol Officers responded to reports of gunshots being fired, around Clinton Avenue. Once on scene, the attending officers found two male victims in the alley behind the Pacific Standard Bank suffering from gunshot wounds. One of the victim's was not conscious, at that point and was also not breathing.

The Los Santos Emergency Medical Services paramedics responded and make a declaration of death, on scene. The other victim was taken by the Ambulance to Pillbox Hill where they currently remain in critical condition.

According to witnesses to the incident, the victims were followed into the alley way by the suspect, who pulled a handgun, yelled several anti-Hispanic slurs and shot several times at the men before fleeing west across the road towards the Gentry Manor Hotel. Witnesses called 911, the attending officers began canvassing the local businesses for any information. Detectives arrived shortly after and recovered several shell casings as well as took some statements from eyeball witnesses.

The suspect is described, as a bald man, mid to late 30s, sporting a goatee and a large neck tattoo. He was wearing grey mechanic overalls and wore large black sunglasses.

The deceased individual is Primo Vega, a Hispanic male from Strawberry. The investigation is ongoing but we encourage anyone with relevant information, to come forward via our Crime Report Desk.
