The San Andreas Judicial Branch is proud to announce the launch of a groundbreaking subscription service designed to revolutionize access to legal representation within our jurisdiction. Effective immediately, citizens of our great state will have the opportunity to subscribe to our Public Defense Subscription Service, providing exclusive access to our committed team of Public Defense Attorneys and Paralegals if you face legal trouble.
Under this new subscription model, subscribers will pay a fixed monthly fee of $50,000, granting them access to our division of highly skilled Public Defense Attorneys and Paralegals. This subscription-based approach aims to streamline court proceedings and ensure swift and efficient legal representation for individuals in need.
While the introduction of this subscription service marks a significant shift in our approach to legal representation, it underscores our dedication to providing accessible and quality defense services to all individuals, regardless of their financial circumstances. It is important to note that individuals who do not hold an active subscription at the time of receiving criminal charges will not have access to our Public Defense Attorneys and Paralegals. Instead, they will be required to seek representation from a private law firm or choose to self-represent.
In the spirit of fairness and accountability, it is important to clarify that individuals with pending criminal cases will not be grandfathered into this new service. Instead, they will be granted a grace period of seven days starting today to obtain an active subscription. Failure to do so within this timeframe will result in the loss of access to their currently assigned representation from our Public Defense Attorneys and Paralegals. In such cases, individuals will have the option to either hire a private firm or self-represent.
We understand that this subscription model may represent a departure from traditional practices; however, we believe it is a necessary step towards ensuring only the best access to legal defense for all individuals within our great state, regardless of innocence or guilt, because if the money is there, we don't care. The San Andreas Judicial Branch remains committed to upholding justice and safeguarding the rights of all citizens.
