Charge(s):
  • Armed Robbery
Narrative:
I was charged for armed robbery. At the time of my arrest I did not possess a weapon of any kind, nor did I have any stolen money. I was unaware of my passengers intention of robbing the store at the time of the crime. After she exited from the store. Which I have on good account did not have working cameras at the time of the alleged crime. I was then approached by someone at the time I thought was a civillian, who chased me for a length of time, causing me to worry for my own safety, before we pulled over to question them. It was only then it was revealed to be a undercover officer who promptly falsely arrested and charged me for a crime I did not commit nor was there evidence to indicate to support the charge.
