Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I want to join the SADOC as I have personally always wanted to contribute in making Los Santos a much safer community, allowing normal civilians to continue with their everyday life without having to think are they going to be robbed or hurt today. I believe that SADOC is the perfect place for me to make this contribution and help LS. I also believe that criminals should have a second chance once committing a crime as you never know the reason they did it, this is why i believe i should join SADOC so that i have a chance to help criminals turn their lives around.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Whenever i am under pressure or i am in a stressful situation i always try to remain as calm as possible so that i can sort the situation out as efficiently as possible. Also i try to remain calm so that i don't panic other people in the situation with me, this leads to the whole team working well and as efficiently as possible. Furthermore, i am also well practised in these situations as i have learnt a lot at my time working at LSEMS as people lives often it not always depend solely on me.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
If i am hired i plan too put as much time and energy into SADOC as possible, however i will also need to be careful not too prioritise my SADOC job over my LSEMS job and vice versa and i will input the same time and energy into both jobs. Also, being in the city a lot will allow me to put many hours into both jobs therefore exceeding the standards that I am given.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I like to think that i have many qualifications and traits. Firstly, working at LSEMS has taught me how to treat people on a medical basis, i believe this is important as if a cell mate or guard is majorly injured i can help perform treatment on them. Also working at LSEMS has taught me to be respectful to all people. I believe this is important as if i get hired i will not only be representing myself but the department on a whole meaning i must give my upmost respect to all people at all times. Finally, i have also learnt to work as part of a team, i believe this is crucial for this job as working as a team means getting a task done quicker and more efficiently, i also like to believe that i am very easy to work with and can work in most if not all environments.

Please provide a short biography about yourself (minimum 100 words):
Im Michael Fur, i was brought up in a poor family and was treated very poorly by my parents, this lead to me having minimal educastion and learning minimal skills. Once i grew up and was still left without an education i decided to deal with it by myself. I left the country and started to read books and educate my self. From the early days when i had just arrived in Los Santos to now i have made many valued friends and have always tried to be a positive person who treated everyone fairly. When i was younger i had always wanted to help people, this lead to me firstly joining LSEMS which i have thoroughly enjoyed being in. However, i felt that i could help more, i thought back to my early days where i used to enjoy playing cops and robbers with my brothers, this prompted me to look for a job that could help me put criminals in prison and try and turn their lives around.

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
From when i first entered the city man people helped me find my feet and help me along, i decided that this was the perfect job that would allow me to give back to the city by making it a much safer and better place. I will also be sure to give 100% effort from this job application to wherever my career here takes me. I also believe i should be hired as i believe that nothing is impossible and i never give up on a certain task no matter its difficulty. I also believe that i possess a very positive attitude to work and believe that i can share this attitude with the whole team.

I do not, however i have worked along side PD when i was required to treat officers or 10-15's.

Yes, LSEMS - EMT-Basic.

I have vast experience working as a team. At LSEMS working as a team meant wether peoples lives would be saved or not this meant it was crucial wether i worked as a team or not and i believe this tested my abilities. I also believe that i have had positive experiences with everyone in my team.

If a /me command has an effect on another player that player must respond realistically with a /do for example one player might say " /me attempts to remove the mans gun from his holster" then "/do success?" you would then respond with "/do yes" or "/do no" if you responded with "/do no" you must give a reason why he is not able to.
