"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

  • Mr. Terry Walkner,

Thank you for reaching out with your inquiry regarding the Penal Code provision, VC04 - Illegal Parking.

State and City Employees, in the context of VC04 - Illegal Parking, encompass individuals employed by any of the three government branches, as well as those working in law enforcement, medical, or corrections agencies.

Properties owned by the State of San Andreas refer to any real estate, land, or similar assets under the ownership of the state.

The exemption applies to both government-owned vehicles and personal vehicles owned by State and City Employees. This includes any vehicle owned by an individual employed in the aforementioned capacities. The intent of this provision is to recognize the official nature of the duties performed by these employees, allowing them certain privileges in parking at properties owned by the State of San Andreas.

Should you have any further questions or require additional clarification, please do not hesitate to reach out. We appreciate your commitment to accurate reporting and are here to assist with any information you may need.

    Respectfully,

    Associate Justice
