Message from the Associate Justice

  • Justice Colt Daniels
    Citizens of San Andreas,

As we step into the month of March, I am delighted to share the latest developments and exciting news within the branch. February has been a month of noteworthy transitions, growth, and reflection, marking three incredible years since the establishment of our branch.

Earlier this month, we proudly announced the appointment of Chief Justice Robert Winejudge. His dedication and expertise will undoubtedly guide the branch towards a future of excellence. I extend my gratitude to Chief Justice Judith Mason for her remarkable tenure, she now assumes the role of Associate Justice alongside myself. Together, we are committed to upholding the principles of justice and fairness that define our judiciary.

Our recruitment event at the beginning of February exceeded expectations, nearly doubling the size of our branch. The influx of new members has been invigorating, and I'm pleased to report that many have successfully navigated through our training process and are settling into their chosen divisions. This growth reflects the commitment and enthusiasm our members bring to the San Andreas Judicial Branch.

February also marked a momentous occasion for us, the third anniversary of the founding of our branch. Looking back, we have come a long way since the early days at the Courthouse. We've grown, evolved, and made a positive impact on our community. The dedication of our members, both past and present, has played a pivotal role in shaping the success and reputation of the San Andreas Judicial Branch.

To commemorate our three years of service, we invite all members and friends to join us for a public event on March 2nd at Pacific Bluffs. The celebration will feature a pool party with free food, a DJ spinning fantastic tunes, and an exciting Maxed Terminus car raffle. It's an opportunity for us to come together, celebrate our achievements, and look forward to the exciting journey that lies ahead.

Finally, I want to express my gratitude to each and every member of the San Andreas Judicial Branch for your unwavering commitment and dedication, and all of us at the San Andreas Judicial Branch extend our gratitude to the entire community for your support and engagement. Here's to another year of growth, justice, and shared accomplishments.

Attorney General Hope Kant wrote: The Prosecution Department is made up of multiple hardworking individuals that culminate together to create one of the powerhouse divisions in the Judicial Branch. We have many individuals who do great work, but this month particularly the Prosecution Division would like to recognize Terry Williams.

Mr. Williams joined the Prosecution on the 10th of February in 2024, and has made a great impact. Providing incite into cases, locating the holes in our arguments, and drafting motions in order to move our cases through quickly and efficiently. Prosecution may have functioned properly prior to the addition of Mr. Williams, but due to him we are flourishing.

Without much prompt, Mr. Williams has taken on projects and found new ways to aid Prosecutors. For example, the amount of previous precedence Mr. Williams digs up for each of our cases to ensure we are well equipped for court. It is rare to find someone who will dig through archived cases for the one or two that will work towards our favor, but Mr. Williams does just that.

Thank you to all the Prosecutors and Paralegals that work tirelessly within the Prosecution division, and a special thank you to Mr. Williams for all the good work he's done during the month of February. I look forward to seeing where we go from here!
