Narrative:
I parked my vehicle in parking garage underneeth the LSPD Mission row and when I drove away I was stopped by LSPD and detained for attempting to steal a car. Unfortunately I was arrested for threspassing. While I was not told to leave and there were no signs or obsticles informing me that the place is not a public area and no signs. I was not even asked to leave which I would comply if I was told I am trespasssing. Also I was charged with vandalism with no proof what so ever (I found out only after being released from jail and wasnt told by the officers either).

State of San Andreas v. Peter King

The court has hereby received and acknowledged the above case on the 27th of February, 2024.


The Superior Court of San Andreas has received your filing and the case is now pending activation. Be advised that the court system runs on a first-come, first-served basis and will only activate cases out of order for special circumstances.

The Superior Court of San Andreas has noted that the defendant has mislabeled the Date & Time of Incidents, however, the Criminal Case Submission Form was filed within the authorized timeframe in accordance to our seven (7) day time window.
