Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections?
I have seen people fall down to a life of crime. Maybe as a guard I can help rehabilitate some inmates, so that the next sentence they serve, can possibly be their last

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
Working at Bayview we often have gang members, disgruntled civilians, and even angry coworkers to deal with, in a hot sweaty mechanic shop. I keep my cool, approach with logic and reason, and run triage, with disastrous issue being dealt with as quickly as possibly.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I have my regular duties at Bayview, but with the recent string of hiring at Bayview, I feel that now is a good opportunity for me to give back to Los Santos, my new home.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I am mechanical inclined, I am physically fit, I am a decent shot with a firearm, which is a skill I can parlay if I am forced to use a taser to detain an inmate who is dangerous. I can both take and give direction as a situation needs, I am well aware of my surroundings at all time. I can maintain professional detachment and compartmentalize if the need arrives.

My love, Moxxi Fitz, and I, moved here from the midwest to build a new life in Los Santos. We heard about the growing city by the ocean, and we decided we had to make the leap. I am a musician, mechanic, electronics nerd, and aspiring BMX rider. Moxxi, and my now healing broken ribs, would disagree with that last hobby.

Why should we hire you over anyone else (minimum 100 words)?
I really want to give back to the community, and help reduce the crime rates of the city by pushing inmates away from a life of crime. I can devote a lot of hours to DOC since Bayview has a huge influx of staff to cover my absence. I am a quick learner and quick on my feet both mentally and physically. Should we both be accepted, my wife Moxxi and I will work most of our shifts together, providing a cohesive 2-person team in addition to any other on-duty guards.

I came into Los Santos and was immediately targeted by scary men wearing matching clothes and masks. Over the next few weeks, criminals continued to put a gun to my head and steal my radio and legally owned firearm. After getting a job at Bayview, the robberies stopped. The only gang colors I've ever flown are grease stains from working at Bayview. I love working on cars. I've put new engines and down radiator repairs on the vehicles of every business owner and gang leader in Los Santos. I love this city. I want to help it grow for the better.

I've realized a pressing concern facing the city recently, why is crime such a problem. So many people keep committing crimes, turning to drug dealing and petty theft. How can I help. I want to help these criminals see that there is a life beyond Triads. Beyond Seaweeds. That you can leave the gang lifestyle behind and be an honest farmer, an honest mine worker. The future for Los Santos is peace and prosperity.
