Introduction
The San Andreas State Government is well understood to be the department that offers oversight to the entire state, but it also offers a wide range of services that aim to help citizens and improve their lives. The Government is made up of seven distinct bureaus that each have a specific area domain where they work to improve their own facet of the state. The bureaus are the Property and Housing Bureau, Business Licensing Bureau, Law Review Committee, Public Relations Bureau, Administration Bureau, San Andreas Aviation Administration, and the Government Security Bureau.

We hope this release will serve an introduction to each of the bureaus and be a centralized reference for the numerous services that we offer. Business grants, to suggestion letterboxes - there's a smorgasbord of benefits that citizens could be claiming to help them take the next step in their journeys.

Property and Housing Bureau
Ever wanted to own your own property? If so, then the Property and Housing Bureau is exactly what you are looking for! The Property and Housing Bureau covers a wide range of services that scales from obtaining properties, to receiving government grants that help assist citizens in starting up and running their businesses.

Property Requests and Listings
An important service for citizens to become familiar with when it comes to the Property and Housing Bureau is the Property Requests and Listing desks. Citizens may request properties that are vacant, which the Government will refurbish and provide as a pay-over-time scheme with zero percent interest. Once individuals pay off their lease, and complete a probation period, they become the sole owner of the building. The listings' desk has a list of ready furbished properties with a variety of lease times, including nightclubs and event venues, that can all be applied for. The ability to own a property is a powerful tool in the state and is a key part in operating ones own business.

The Government Grant scheme has relaunched under a much smoother process that individuals can utilize to boost the capitial that they can spend. Furniture, adverts, blips, and stock are a few of the items that require a large amount of up front capital and the Government Grant scheme can help mitigate that impact to individuals when starting or running a business. Grants can be for a number of reasons, and their acceptance is dependent on the justification given.

Property Inquiries
The public inquiries section is a dedicated area to help provide a clear section for various questions that can be asked surrounding properties including, validity, payments, ownership, and leases. Business Licensing Bureau
The Business Licensing Bureau offers a number of services to the public. The most important service they offer is the ability to register a business and apply for the appropriate licenses. Our licensing process exists to ensure fair standards are being maintained across the state by competing business entities, especially when those entities are key to our states' economy.

Business Registrations and Licences
A business can be registered as a Stand-Alone, Subsidiary, Parent Company or a Non-Profit Organization. Any business registered as a Subsidiary must be placed under a Parent company, for example. Donnelly Conglomerate & Partners is a Parent Company, and they have Hayes Dealership as one of their Subsidiary. Non-profit Organizations do not have to apply for business licenses like the others. This is to help limit the financial burden of running the company, so that more of their capital can be reinvested into projects that help the state. Non-profit Organizations, instead, must keep a record, and submit a Donation Declaration Form on their business registration each time a donation is made.

Getting a business registered then gives citizens the ability to apply for a number of different licenses to run their business. A full list of these licenses can be found here. These licenses are not limited to large businesses like Gas Stations and General stores. There are licenses that allow citizens to open businesses ranging from Night Clubs to their own private investigations firms.

Business Lease Program
One of the Business Licensing Bureau's latest additions is the Business Lease program. There are a number of government owned businesses that the Bureau leases out for a short period to citizens. This is to give people the opportunity to run a business such as a Gas Station or Gun Store to get the experience without having to spend millions on purchasing one themselves. Many of the leases are shorter term contracts, which ensures a diverse rotation of specialized businesses across the state. It's the aim of the Business Licensing Bureau to help provide opportunities to those who otherwise would not have it, and to stimulate the economy.

Business Complaints Desk
The Business Licensing Bureau also have provisions in place to allow citizens to make complaints about any business that is operating in the state. If you believe that a business is in breach of any of the licensing conditions or is operating illegally/ unfairly, you can submit a business complaint to the Bureau on their Business Complaints Desk & Fine Appeal Desk.

Our business complaints desk can be found *HERE*.

Business Expense Rebates
Business Expense Rebates is a system the the Business Licensing Bureau facilitates which gives business owners the opportunity to recoup some of their losses after opening their business. Businesses like Nightclubs, Restaurants and Bars often operate on a loss and this causes majority of owners to become demotivated and decide not to open. The aim of these rebates is to hopefully encourage business owners to open more, knowing that they have a way to regain some of the money they loss from opening.
