Reopening of Government Grants
The government grants program is a project that first started under former Property and Housing Director Tiffany McMount in the beginning of 2023 and was put on hold for some time due to the changes in leadership this year. It has, since then, been reopened and finalized due to the exceptionally hard work of Property and Housing Director Tyrie. The Property and Housing Bureau has recognized the obstacles new entrepreneurs face before being able to start their own businesses and hope that this program will reduce the barriers to entry in starting a business.

Government grants will be given to those that have a business plan and a property allocated to them and can be used for advertising, furniture and general running of businesses.

Since the formal reopening of the grants system, we have been able to assist many people with their desire to start a business of their own and we are excited to see where this leads members of the community in the future!

Church and Vineyard for Lease
New properties have been made available for lease in 2023 & 2024. Now the citizens of Los Santos can lease the church at 16 Boulevard Del Perro and the vineyard at 4 Buen Vino Road. For a fee of 10.000$ a night, people are able to use these places for their events. Leasing the properties will provide you with an Event Organizer business license for the duration of the contract to have as few barriers as possible for creating lasting memories.

Property and Housing Inquiry Desk
Since there have been a lot of questions from citizens regarding the property and housing bureau, we have also opened an inquiry desk for you to voice your concerns, questions and above all, suggestions for our bureau. We value open communication and transparency and want to give you the opportunity to address issues to improve the quality of our services. Constructive feedback is always welcome and needed.

You can get a direct link to the Property and Housing Inquiry Desk HERE.
