2.10 Why should we accept you for that position?: During my tenure at the SADOC in my own opinion I thought I took my duties very seriously. I got along well with my fellow co-workers. The inmates very rarely gave me a hard time. Sure, I did not agree with the lockdown policy, but I realize now it was not my place to question it. I took some time away from the city to collect myself. I am ready to come back and put maximum effort into a position with the SADOC. If policies change, then I will obey and follow them. If policies are the same, then again I will obey and follow all policies. I am ready to be the best prison guard that I can be.
2.11 Why did your employment with the San Andreas Department of Corrections end? I resigned.
2.12 Have you had any felony charges against you in the time that you were gone? No, I have never been charged with a felony, nor have I ever been arrested.
2.13 What have you done since your resignation or termination? Since my resignation I have went on a long needed vacation. I have not done much since then. I have come to a conclusion that when you are getting paid by an employer then it is my duty to do what the person paying me says to do. If I am told to put the prison on lockdown then I will not question it, but do. I am ready to take my job as serious as ever. Other than working on me, I have not really done very much. During my time with the SADOC I have not spent much of my salary so I was able to go on a long needed holiday. I do miss the SADOC.
