Announcing a Deputy Chief Appointment

Los Santos: On December 28th, the Los Santos Police Department saw a significant advancement within the Command Staff of the Department through the promotion of Victor Einhart to the prestigious position of Deputy Chief.

Deputy Chief Einhart in his early career split his focus between being the Commanding Officer, Vinewood Patrol Division, which was then known as the Vinewood precinct, and dedicating himself to the specialized role of SWAT Officer. Due to his dedication, commitment, and experience, Einhart worked his way up through the roles of what is now known as the Metropolitan Division and was selected as the Commanding Officer.

As a Command Officer, Einhart worked his way up to the rank of Police Commander, a prestigious position held only by those who perform exceptionally. Deputy Chief Einhart, prior to his promotion to Deputy Chief, was one of the longest-serving Command Officers within the Department, having led both the Metropolitan Division and later the Special Operations Bureau.

Throughout his career, Einhart has continuously displayed the ability to handle both unique and stressful challenges in a calm and composed manner, which paired with leadership abilities that have set him apart from others have made him a strong leader within the Department. Deputy Chief Einhart has established himself as a level-headed, approachable, and knowledgeable leadership figure for all personnel.

Chief of Police Elena Flores wrote: Over the last three and a half years, I have had the pleasure of working alongside Deputy Chief Einhart within the Command Staff of the Los Santos Police Department. I have always found that the key to the leadership team behind the Department is to find a balance between administrative efforts that can further the Department and its policies, and strong field leaders that can efficiently guide our patrol personnel.

Deputy Chief Einhart stands out as a strong leader that I know our officers can rely on to stay calm and collected and to provide clear, proper guidance when it is most dire. Few people are able to remain composed as Einhart does. Combining that with no administrative shortcomings, it is difficult to think of anyone more befitting of this appointment.

It is with conviction that I could not feasibly envision any person other than Deputy Chief Einhart leading the Special Operations Bureau into the future.

Assistant Chief Phillipe Sanchez wrote: Victor Einhart's promotion to Deputy Chief within the Department has been long-awaited and is a testament to his consistent professionalism and steadfast presence over the past (almost) five years of dedicated service. Victor's dedication to upholding the highest standards of law enforcement, particularly in the specialized field of Special Operations, has set a commendable example for his colleagues. His leadership and expertise in this critical area have undoubtedly played a pivotal role in the department's success.

This promotion not only acknowledges Victor's outstanding contributions but also reflects the trust placed in him to continue excelling in his enhanced role. Congratulations to Deputy Chief Victor Einhart on this significant achievement, and I am confident that his continued commitment will further elevate the success of the Los Santos Police Department.

In his capacity as Deputy Chief, Einhart will continue to oversee the Special Operations Bureau of the Los Santos Police Department, which is comprised of the Metropolitan Division, which houses the D Platoon (SWAT) and K9 Platoon, the Air Support Division, and the Traffic Enforcement Division. The Special Operations Bureau is largely responsible for planning and response.

The Los Santos Police Department extends its congratulations to Deputy Chief Einhart on his appointment and looks forward to the continued progress and excellence of the Special Operations Bureau and its divisions under his leadership and direction.
