• 3.1) Why are you seeking employment with the San Andreas Judicial Branch? (200 word minimum)
  • I have made many mistakes in my life, through these mistakes I found a passion for Law. I have self-represented myself on two occasions and having to learn by myself what certain legal terms mean, court procedures, etc... was a fascinating aspect of my life that I haven't since forgotten. Although the circumstances surrounding these representations were less than ideal and something I deeply regret, It helped me move forward with a clear goal.
    
    I have always wanted to take the BAR Exam, but I promised myself I would only attempt to build a legal career when I was ready, that time has come. I feel like I can be a productive member of society by using the knowledge I've gathered during my reformation period. The Judicial Branch is the perfect vehicle to help me execute this vision by formally learning about aspects of the Law I may not know about and to eventually join the Public Defender's Office as someone who will fight for the rights of the citizens of Los Santos and assist them with their cases and questions.
    
    I also hope to gather enough experience with veteran Attorneys to eventually start up my own Law Firm, although this is a long way away.

  • I was born in Liberty City in the streets of Bohan. Raised in Alcatraz Avenue and born to Miller Raven and Irene Raven, two hard working parents who always tried their best to keep me and my brother on the straight and narrow.
    
    I'll be honest, I had a rough time as a teenager, regularly getting in fights at school, but I eventually found my talent for problem solving. As vague as that might sound, I like problems. My friends used to call me Frank The Fixer, had relationship issues and needed some advice? I helped. Got your keys stuck inside your car? I'll get out the lock-pick. Turns out, liking problems is a pretty avenue to learning about all kinds of things.
    
    Jerry Seinfeld once said ''A lawyer is basically the person that knows the rules of the country. We’re all throwing the dice, playing the game, moving our pieces around the board, but if there is a problem the lawyer is the only person who has read the inside of the top of the box.'' and it is this mentality that has helped me push forward, despite my problems in the past. I have since learnt that not all problems are worth solving. Instead, focusing on noble causes and problems that truly help people, that's the problems I want to solve.

  • Perseverance. I keep moving forward and confront life head on. I don't let my past choices define me, instead I learn from them and evolve. I think this attitude is what is needed in an Attorney. The reality is that I won't win every case I take despite that being the goal, there will be times where despite my best efforts I will lose and that's ok. It's important to be able to accept things as they are, learn and move forward.
