      Date of Birth: 10/SEP/1996
      Phone Number: 552-8150
      Occupation: Police Officer II
    Witness Statement
    • On the 16th of August, Jimmi Valentine was turning himself in on several warrants, including felony charges. As he is doing so at Mission Row, another Officer, Hukaz Zidane, runs into the lobby stating that Jimmi had just recently stolen a weapon from him, and presented bodycam footage. The footage showed Hukaz outside of Mission Row, when Jimmi, unmasked, ran up to the vehicle and stole an item from the trunk before running away. Hukaz chases him for several minutes before injuring himself after falling from a ledge. In the footage, Jimmi can be seen walking up to Hukaz, putting a mask on, and then taking the weapon from Hukaz's possession. The firearm was not present when he turned himself in at Mission Row. However, he was visually positively identified by two separate officers, myself and Officer Zidane, and bodycam footage clearly shows him committing the crimes.

      Bodycam footage is attached below.

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Jimmi Valentine
    #23-CM-0100

A Motion for Summary Judgement was filed in the above case on the 19th of October, 2023.

    The State of San Andreas, by and through the undersigned attorney, filed this Motion for Summary Judgement, and the reasoning for request is as follows;

    • Reasoning: Indisputable Evidence
      • Detailed Explanation: With the clear showing of bodycam and several different documents to prove the series of events, it is only a matter of deciding whether or not the specific laws were broken as they are written in our penal code. The Prosecution believes that without a doubt the actions of the defendant qualify for all the charges as listed.

      ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Jimmi Valentine
      #23-CM-0100

A decision was reached in the above case on the 1st day of December, 2023.

The case of #23-CM-0100, State of San Andreas v. Jimmi Valentine has been resolved.

A Plea Agreement has been filed and has been accepted by the court. Within the agreement, the charges GF02- Robbery, GF15- Burglary, WM02- Possession of a class 1 firearm, GM19- Face concealment (b) were reduced down to GF15- Burglary, resulting in the defendant's guilty plea of the felony.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
      • On the count of GF15- Burglary, I find the defendant, Jimmi Valentime, guilty.

The defendant shall be entitled to compensation in the amount of $22,500 for the difference in fines paid and time served. - this compensation along with an update of the defendant's record can be handled at Rockford Hills City Hall by a qualified judge.
