ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Remmi Raccoon
#23-CM-0107

A decision was reached in the above case on the 25th day of November, 2023.

The case of #23-CM-0107, State of San Andreas v. Remmi Raccoon has been resolved.

A plea agreement between the defense and prosecution has been submitted and accepted by the court. As outlined in the full agreement, the defendant agrees to plead guilty to GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify, GM19 - Face Concealment (b), GM04- Resisting Arrest in exchange for the prosecution's dropping of the VF01 - Evading an Officer charge.

Please note that a plea agreement does not denote a lack of guilt for the previous charges, but an agreement between the defendant, defense, and the prosecution based on a number of factors.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify, I find the defendant, Remmi Raccoon, guilty.
  • On the count of GM19 - Face Concealment (b), I find the defendant, Remmi Raccoon, guilty.
  • On the count of GM04- Resisting Arrest, I find the defendant, Remmi Raccoon, guilty.

The defendant is therefore entitled to compensation for the difference in fines paid and time served in the total amount of $8,000. The defendant is encouraged to receive said compensation from a qualified judge at City Hall, located at 1 Rockford Drive.
