my name is KJ hill I have been living in Los Santos for the whole of my life I work with DCC. I had some problems with my family. I have always been a very respectful man people. I love to help people if they need a repair I will give them one. I haven't had speeding tickets in 21 years. For the past 21 years, I haven't been arrested for anything. so about my family my dad left me when I was about 4 years old so my mom had to bring me on her own this is why I want to get a good job to pay her back for what she has done for me it's just been me and my mom for years all of my family haven't spoken to me forever. I will be a great and hard worker for DOC.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
If I get into the recruitment stage, I will put all the time and energy into my work.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
my name is KJ hill I would like to join DOC because I would love to work with the guards and I will have the chance to help inmates to start a better life and stay out of prison. The work I have heard about DOC is amazing how you can control people within minutes. the whole prison guard team is nice to inmates only if the inmates are good to them and that’s the team I would love to be part of. I want to be a great prison guard like everyone else on the team because they all have lovely personalities. Another reason I would like to join the DOC Team is to help the inmates to get a Better Life and work hard to be somewhere good in life not in jail all the time.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I take a deep breath and calm down or if it is that much pressure I will walk away but that doesn't really happen a lot.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 75 words)?
I will be kind and respectful to all guard staff I will always try to help and with stuff, I can't help with I will ask someone to show me. I will keep all the inmates under control if it starts to get a little bit heated in the cell block I will be willing to get my medical license so if an inmate is injured I will do my best to help them. I will also be willing to learn new stuff every day and I will never give up.
