If an individual is charged with Failure to Comply and Face Concealment what happens to their firearms license. Is it removed/suspended? Is it a breach of FLD regulations to be charged with those?

Thank you for your inquiry.
In itself, GM10 - Failure to Comply / Identify and GM19 - Face Concealment (b) do not warrant the suspension or revocation of an individual's firearms license. That said, per the State of San Andreas Penal Code, if a weapon's license is used while failing to comply or identify with a lawful order, then it shall be suspended for a 24-hour period.
However, as per the regulations established by the Firearms Licensing Division, if an individual holds a firearms license and carries a firearm on their person, then that person shall identify themselves with any form of valid identification upon the request of a law enforcement officer. Should they fail to comply with the order to identify in this context, then they are in breach of the established firearms licensing regulations and their firearms license shall be revoked.
