COURT DECISION

A decision was reached in the above case on the 9th day of August, 2023.

Upon motion for dismissal by the prosecution, not disputed by the defense, and having no evidence or information to the contrary, the Court finds no reason to deny the prosecution's motion and will therefore be granting the motion.

In accordance with local Superior Court rules, the defendant is hereby entitled to compensation for fines and jail/prison time faced as a result of this charge.

According to the San Andreas Criminal Justice Information System (CJIS), the defendant was originally fined $2,400 for WF01 - assault with a deadly weapon, which carries a sentence of 45 months incarceration. Assessed at a rate of $200 per month, the defendant is hereby entitled to $11,400 of reimbursement.

The defendant may come to City Hall and speak with any judge to receive this payment.

The Court sincerely thanks all involved parties for their time, effort, and patience as this matter was adjudicated.
