I'm Nathan, I'm 23 years old. I moved into this town about 8 years ago, enjoying the city so far. I was born in the east side of Mexico, many gang-related things are happening back in that town that I got fed up with so I chose to relocate to this city as I'm not a fan of gang activities. I finished my studies at the age of 18 and recently got my driver's license, I was the top student back then, aced all of my tests as well as passed my driving tests in one go. I've never gotten myself related to the police and I haven't ever been in jail before. I love jobs like these as I get a lot of time to communicate with other people to make new friends. I don't have any weaknesses/downsides to myself. I'm not shy to be around people/new people, I don't get stubborn about anything. I talk with people that get angry/emotional and try to find out what is wrong, give them life advice, and hopefully resolve the situation. I respect every single person in this world and give them all the rights that they have, there haven't been any fights or disagreements with anyone for as long as I've been in this town.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
i will be a full-time worker and i will dedicate my life to this job!

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
Throughout my whole life, I have always wanted an opportunity to help my country. Recently, I came across several videos about being a Correctional Officer, and it come to my mind that this is the perfect job for me to Carry Out my desire of serving my country. With this realization, I decided to join this specific faction. I truly believe that I possess all the necessary qualities and values required for this role. I am determined to give my absolute best and contribute in a meaningful way to the faction, making myself valuable to the team.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
First of all, I will try to take a deep breath and keep myself calm then I will try my best to take the best decisions for that situation.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 50 words)?
I believe that I have several positive qualities, including physical fitness, being strong in teamwork, empathy, being good at controlling sensitive and stressful situations, strong communication skills, being obedient, and most importantly, in my opinion, you need someone to be able to communicate well with the prisoners and be able to manage them, and I can be a good person for that!
