WHAT IS THE CORRESPONDENCE BOX?

The San Andreas State Government created the Correspondence Box as a way to allow citizens to submit one of two types of correspondence with the government.

• 1. You may create a public inquiry to the government with questions or concerns
  2. You may create a suggestion to share ideas on enhancing our wonderful state.

Transparency is important to the San Andreas State Government, which is why we will strive to ensure all public inquiries submitted will get an appropriate response. If you decide to submit a suggestion then it's important to note that not all suggestions can be guaranteed for implementation, this platform allows you to voice your thoughts, bringing awareness to your ideas and potentially inspiring others.

If you wish to submit an employee commendation or complaint to the San Andreas State Government then we encourage the use of Commendations & Complaints, this will then be looked into by a member of the Internal Affairs Division and/or Board of Governors.

HOW DOES THE CORRESPONDENCE BOX WORK?

Individuals can submit the desired request type using the format below. Simply share your suggestion with us in your own words. Once you submit your topic, you will not be able to make adjustments to it. Select employees within the San Andreas State Government will review your suggestion and gather the relevant information. Dependent on the query or suggestion submitted, you may be contacted by email, face-to-face, or more likely, a response to your original post.

Request Types:

• Public Inquiry - Inquiring about specific aspects of the government or requesting comment on a subject that includes government involvement. Public Inquiries can be simple requests for information, or even requests for official comment.

• Suggestion - A suggestion you wish to submit indented suggest ways we can improve our state. Suggestions can relate to any part of our state and do not have to be limited to aspects directly affecting you.

WILL I BE CONTACTED?

Suggestions and Queries will generally be replied to in the topic they are created by a State Government representative . After 7 days, they will be moved to an archive section and remain freely viewable. If a suggestion or query needs further clarification, then you may be contacted by an employee of the San Andreas State Government.

WHY CAN'T I SEE MY TOPIC?

All topics made within the area require approval to be seen. This will only be done once it has been selected for further review. Remember that once you submit your topic, you will not be able to make changes to it yourself.
