San Andreas Public Notary

"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"

  • To all,

The Public Notary Division is authorized by the San Andreas State Government to serve as an impartial witness in the filing and notarizing of various legal documents, including but not limited to the union of civil partnerships, divorce proceedings, contract authenticity, wills and power of attorneys. While we can and will help you with all your contract authenticity needs, the Public Notary Division is not here to write contracts, but to authenticate them.

These are the suggested steps we have for those of you that want to have contracts written:
    1. The List of Law Firms or Attorney Database can be used to find someone to represent your interests in the negotiation
    2. Tell your Attorney what you desire from your side of the contract
    3. Have your Attorney meet with the opposing party's Attorney
    4. Have both Attorney's develop a contract that both parties agree upon
    5. Read over the contract
    6. Submit the final agreed upon contract to the Public Notary Division
As for the announcement from the LSPD in regards to upholding unauthenticated contracts, while the Public Notary Division frowns upon the use of unauthenticated contracts, the Judicial Branch will still uphold the legal terms within the contract. The Judicial Branch as well as the Public Notary Division believe that requiring individuals to use the Public Notary Division in order for a contract to be valid forces people to use the Government website, when they may be otherwise disinclined. Not only that, but it circumvents the entire purpose of a contract, which is to have a legally binding agreement between two individuals. Agreements can be done verbally, in writing, or online. Regardless of authentication, contracts must be upheld, unless there are clear violations to the rights of either party or it directly conflicts with our laws/constitution.

    Respectfully,
