Hey there, I'm Derrick Harrys, originally from Los Angeles. But now, I live in the vibrant city of Los Santos with my six awesome brothers. We decided to move here for new adventures and opportunities.

I've always had a deep care for people and a fascination with medicine. So, I pursued a career in healthcare, focusing on emergency medicine. I studied biology, anatomy, and emergency care to gain knowledge and skills to help others.

Living in Los Santos with my brothers has taught me the importance of family and supporting each other. We celebrate successes and lend a helping hand in tough times.

Exploring the diverse neighborhoods of Los Santos and connecting with its people has broadened my horizons. I find inspiration in the city's rich culture.

My goal is to make a positive impact in the lives of others. Whether it's responding to emergencies or protecting important figures, I strive to be a reliable and caring presence.

I am planning to spend a lot of time towards the department because I want to help other people and want to progress within and climb the ranks.

As I have said, I have always had a deep passion for helping out other people and I like to make a positive impact in others lives. And I am also a person that likes to strive for my goals so if I would get accepted I would try to push myself and try to climb the ranks meanwhile I'm helping out others and taking care of them. I think you should hire me since I think I would be a great expansion for the team and I will try my best to be friendly and take care of everyone I meet.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
When things get tough, I stay cool and collected. I rely on my training and follow the rules to handle situations step by step. Good communication is key, making sure everyone knows what's going on. I prioritize tasks based on urgency, so I can stay efficient. After intense moments, I seek support and talk about what happened to learn and grow. Taking care of myself is important too, so I can stay strong. So, when pressure hits, I stay calm, communicate well, prioritize tasks, seek support, and take care of myself.

I bring some valuable qualifications and traits to the table that can really benefit the team. First off, I have a solid understanding of emergency medicine, with a good grasp on biology, anatomy, and emergency care. When things get intense, I stay calm and collected, making clear-headed decisions under pressure. I genuinely care about people and can offer empathy and support in challenging situations. Working well in a team comes naturally to me, and I know how to collaborate effectively and create a positive team environment.
