Penal Code Amendments

In total, the following changes have been made:

• Appended Footnotes - 3
  • GC06 - Possession of Cannabis
    Summary: "No programs exist to support the existence of a valid medical prescription."
  • WM04 - Possession of Illegal Body Armor
    Summary: "Law Enforcement Agencies are directed NOT to charge prior felons carrying body armor lawfully, so long as the body armor was sanctioned by the San Andreas State Government"
  • WM05 - Possession of Body Armor as a Felon
    Summary: "Law Enforcement Agencies are directed NOT to charge prior felons carrying body armor lawfully, so long as the body armor was sanctioned by the San Andreas State Government"
