My name is Nathan Lawless , I was born in Los Santos in a poor family my father was a former Russian military officer because of that i grow up in a disciplined family, our bad money conditions i start working outside the home when i was 14,I struggled a lot to pay for my education. After I turned 18, I really wanted to find a way to serve my country like my father, but my father died in the same year at the age of 59, and I spent the hardest time in my life until I was 20. I did, but I was looking for a way to serve my country and make my father proud!

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
i will be a full-time worker and i will dedicate my life to this job!

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 75 words)
in my entire life, I was looking for a chance to serve my country and in the past two days I saw multiple videos about being Correctional Officer and I realized I really fit for this job and this is the way I was looking to serve my country so I decided to join this faction and I really think I have all values for this job and I can provide my best and be really useful for faction.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
First of all, I will try to take a deep breath and keep myself calm then I will try my best to take the best decisions for that situation.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (Minimum 50 words)?
I believe that I have several positive qualities, including physical fitness, being strong in teamwork, empathy, being good at controlling sensitive and stressful situations, strong communication skills, being obedient, and most importantly, in my opinion, you need someone to be able to communicate well with the prisoners and be able to manage them, and I can be a good person for that!
