ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Theodore Dick (Theo Valentine)
#23-CM-0020

A decision was reached in the above case on the 3rd day of February, 2023.

A plea agreement was reached between the two parties. In exchange for the defendant's guilty plea to GM05 - Receiving stolen property, the State of San Andreas has agreed to dismiss the charge of GM12 - Giving False Information to a Police Officer.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of GM05 - Receiving Stolen Property, I find the defendant, Theo Valentine, guilty.

Due to the difference in sentencing and fines, the Appellant is hereby being issued restitution in the amount of $0 for over-payment of fines and $2,000 for time spent incarcerated, in accordance with current policy. Please come to the court house and meet with any of the judges to receive your payment and have your record updated.

As per the Plea Agreement, the Appellant will not be required to pay any court fees and/or any associated appeal fees, and will not have the right to appeal this decision to a higher court at a later date.
