Defendant Name: Jason Swan
Defendant Phone: 473-2396
Defendant Address: Homeless
(( Defendant Discord: GregoV1#0581 ))
Requested Attorney: N/A

Charging Department: LSPD

Date & Time of Incident(s): 14/OCT/2022 N/A
Charge(s):
  • GM12 - Giving False Information to a Police Officer
  • WM02 - Possession of an Unlicensed Firearm
  • GM19 - Face Concealment (b)
  • GM14 - Obstruction of Justice
  • SF04 - Kidnapping of gov employee
  • SF02 - Agriv. Attem. Murder gov employee
  • VF01 - Evading an Officer
  • GF11 - Grand Theft Auto
  • NM03 - Unlawful Assembly
Narrative:
I was charged by an officer who I don't remember too much about except for his name being "Officer No Bitches," as this is the name he has given himself. I was at impound, simply wanting my BF400 out of impound when all of a sudden, multiple cops showed up, and I was detained for an investigation. Out of nowhere, I had my clothes ripped off of me like a dog and I had this Officer No Bitches test me for some gun shot residue. This came back positive, and they instantly started saying that I was going to be under arrest and even brought me to the station for questioning. I was sat down in the chair by Officer No Bitches and was asked a few questions about where I have been, and I told them I just woke up and was wanting to get my bike from the impound and after I told him this, he said I was not telling the truth, even walking out of the interrogation room and leaving me in there until I confessed to what ever he wanted me to. After 20 minutes of sitting in there with only another cop who just stood at the end of the desk and looked at me, I pleaded for Officer No Bitches to come back in, so I could talk with him and I kept getting told no, that he didn't want to come back in until I confessed. Then after a bit longer of waiting, I was finally arrested with Officer No Bitches arresting me and told me all the charges that were given to me.

I would use a proper name for him, but "Officer No Bitches" was the name he told me. I know these charges are utterly false and incriminate me, and there is no evidence to support that I was committing the alleged crimes. It took me a long time to file this, but I didn't have access to a phone or anything for how long I was locked up. ((The whole situation killed my motivation to play the character, as I had a lot of dept, everything taken from me, and no one to actually be with on crim.))

I, Jason Swan, hereby affirm that all information provided above is true and correct to the best of my knowledge, and understand that knowingly providing false information could result in additional charges and/or fines. (( I affirm that all information submitted has been obtained via In-Character means. ))

  • To whom it may concern,

The Prosecution notes that this appeal has been written for a situation that had occurred on the 14th of October, which is well out of the seven day appeal limit as per the court guidelines. As such, the Prosecution would like to kindly request the court to dismiss this case.

Respectfully,

  • Mr. Swan,

The prosecutor is correct on this matter - I thank you for your submission to the Superior Court, however, due to the timeline requirements of submitting a dispute within 7 days of an alleged incident, I will be dismissing your case as this situation allegedly occurred in October.

    Respectfully,
