As a property/business owner, you do not pay for the inspection itself, but for the equipment and setup. You can set up simpler equipment such as fire alarms, signs, and fire extinguishers yourself, but more complicated systems like sprinkler and impression systems have to be set up by either the Los Santos Emergency Medical Center or the Public Works Bureau.

The following prices are for a full fire system check including replacement fire extinguishers, batteries in smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, and when applicable repairs or service to fixed fire suppression systems. These will apply to any building that fails its fire inspections or has had a fire that required the use of the fire suppression system.
  • Class A - $3,000 full system reset
    Class B - $5,000 full system reset
    Class C - $10,000 full system reset
    Class D - $10,000 full system reset
