Charging Department: Los Santos Police Department
Time & Date of Incident(s): 04/06/22 Around 22:00 CEST
Charge(s): Possession of human meat
Narrative: On the day of 04/6/22 i was selling tacos out of a taco truck. Starting this job was never my intention to make money so i lowered my prices to just 100 a taco. I grabbed a taco mask and changed my shirt to a yellow shirt. I started at the north part of the city but did not find many people, so i went south to the car show. At the time there was a car show being hosted and i sold all my tacos from the truck to the gentleman there.
Once i was out i went back to the area of the taco job to grab more tacos and one i had more i seen a road crew on the side of the road. I stopped to offer them some food and give them a opportunity to buy some. When i noticed they wasn't interested and the job was over i was down the road from the burgershot. I drove over there and noticed a white vehicle with a man in a suit with a mask on. I didn't want to park in front of him so i parked on the road away from any vehicles near the restaurant. I got out of the vehicle and turned off the engine but had to leave the vehicle unlocked so i could open the side of the vehicle that allows you to see what we have to offer. The gentleman i seen then came up to me and ordered a taco. I gave him one " but he did not buy one from the truck".
After noticing that some people was interested in buying my tacos the burgershot employees started harassing me and beating on my vehicle. They even got in my vehicle but was unable to start the vehicle as they did not have any keys. At this point it was my discretion to leave the area for my own safety. At this point a cop pulled behind me and stopped me. I immediately pulled off my mask before he even approached, i did not want there to be any issues with the police. The officer asked for ID i simply asked why i was being pulled over as i knew it was almost impossible to speed in that taco truck. He did not give me a reason and just stated i was apart of a ongoing investigation.
After i gave the officer my ID he immediately pulled me out of the car and read me my rights. At the point i requested a lawyer because i had no idea what was going on. He told me that they received a 911 call about me selling human meat. I told them where i was in the last minutes and where i had sold my tacos. At no time was i wearing gloves or even had a weapon on me. He then detained me and cuffed me and searched the vehicle. The officers did find the human meat that they received a call about. I informed them i didn't even know you could store items in that truck that wasn't tacos. At the time there was two burgershot employees on scene witnessing this and recording as they was mocking me.
Once the detective arrived on scene about five minutes after being in a car i stated i have no idea how that got in there and there was other people in my truck. I tried to get him to run prints or check cameras but he would not do so. There was no investigation as to how that meat ended up in that truck. But the detective did state he seen other people in my vehicle he just didn't see them store anything in it. I explained that really weird eye sight you have but its good you seen them in my vehicle. I also tried to explain to the officer that if i knew i had that on my why would i stop? Is it not reasonable that someone being attacked inst going to search there vehicle before they leave? nothing came of this.
The officer who filed the report is Luca Andollini, I did not receive the detectives name.
