    Reason: Stepping out of his car during a 10-55 to "introduce a trainee" to my Sierra partner resulting in the loss of a wanted felon identified on the radio to him that had felony evaded and was wanted for other charges, contravening 10-55 protocols and through the aforementioned conduct poorly training a Deputy Sheriff Trainee.
