I was born in Switerzland and lived there for my entire middle school life. When I was going into high school, I moved into a boarding school in New York, I completed my high school education then got accepted into NYU stern for business management. I was on my way to completing my studies but then, suddenly, my father lost his job. In order to still fund my uni, I had to enlist in the army. I spent one deployment in Afganistan then came back to finish my degree. After having spent all my life with a set goal, I decided to come to Los Santos to relax with my life, and see where it takes me!

I would like to join the DOC because I believe in safety and everyones well being. In addition to this I would like to allow prisoners, to feel safe and not to feel like prison is what its stereotyped to be. From word of mouth, I've heard that the DOC work place is very welcoming and works super efficently, and professionally. This perfectly describes my desired dream workplace, and allows me to fit in very well. This results into great service, and a safer place in Prison. In addition to this I am a very social person, and I feel like this would allow me to treat insiders very well and create a very optimistic and positive relationship. Further more this will ensure that the insiders have security and they can speak to a guard instead of resulting into physicall and mental negative retaliation.
I usually never am stressed, however I do believe every work place can cause stress. One way I handle stress is by reminding my self that I am a law obiding citizen with great reputation. Another way I deal with stress, is taking time of the subject that is causing stress, this would allow me to regroup and get back to work better then ever. Lastly I would say staying calm under pressure would benefit the situation by miles. This is because you would have the same work rate as you would without the stress, and it would able you to work as efficiently as possible under stress.
One trait that I am proud of, and may benefit the DOC is that I am a very social person. This allows me to get on with my colleagues, creating amazing teamwork. It allows me to create good bonds with my colleagues, and makes working together more fun and enjoyable, which results into great work rate. Being social also allows me to treat inmates, professionally, and correctly. This means people inside jail would not feel welcome, and would consider it a temporary home inside of the hell it is stereotyped to be. One more trait I possess that may be beneficial to the DOC is that I am super hard working and dedicated. This would allow me to reach all work goals, motivate me to be punctual and provide great service.

Currently I work at Bayview Mechanics, and my team work is better then it ever was. My experience here has be extremely pleasant, and I have nothing but good things to say about it.
