I'm Scott McDonald and I come from Scotland in a rough area and see what criminals do to the area and I don't enjoy watching it so I'm trying to start on this city providing a professional and proper job. I'm looking to always better and improve myself I have always been into protecting the city against crime and therefor want to join doc as there are a lot of criminals in the city and would like to protect and serve against them as it has been a thing from a young age I was obsessed with police and cops. further down the line once I'm very experienced i would like to either join pd or sd to gain even more experience in this department of protecting against criminals

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I look to put as much time possible into the job after work right through the night as long as possible

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I would like to join san Andreas department of corrections as from a young age I have been obsessed with police and against criminals therefor if I was recruited I would be passionate about my job as I see how much problems criminals cause at my home town meaning I would provide not just passionate but professional job as well. I think also I would be a good add on to the san andreas doc because I have good communication skills and I'm willing to learn but also be patient with criminal and help them learn about different things in the city meaning doc as a whole gets a better reputation. another reason I think I would be an ideal candidate is because I can clock on a lot of hours because I'm very active in the city certainly everyday for at least 3 hours on duty

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I keep a cool under stressful situations and always stay professional as i think this is the best way to handle they situations

I think I handle under pressure situations well as I keep my cool and don't get flustered meaning I stay professional at my job I also can clock on a lot of hours which means cell block has a much higher chance of being under control as I'm always going to be on duty which means a more civil prison and less problem for higher ups to deal with meaning they can focus on higher up things to deal with

yes when I was new to the city I have had a few like fear rp which I didn't understand when I first came to the city but now from learning i have learned all the rules and everything is very well understood. I also had NLR as I thought it was 20 mins u weren't aloud back for but it is 30 mins so learned again and have not had one in ages now as I understand everything and don't break rules
