Michael Jay was born in Ireland in 1995, He lived there with both his parents up until the age of 16. Michael Jays parents split up when he was 15 and his dad Scott Jay wanted to move to Los Santos to start a new life. Michael made the decision to move with is father as Michael didnt really enjoy his life in Ireland as he struggled in school to make friends and would get bullied most days. Michael Jay finished school in Los Santos and began hunting at Banham Canyon and fishing at Del Perro pier for money. While fishing he met his now roomate Ivan Kotov and they recently bought an apartment together.He now wants to work as a DOC Guard as that is what his father did when he lived in Ireland and he always wanted to keep his fathers legacy going as his father recently passed away.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I would give as much time and energy as physically possible.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I have always dreamed of becoming some type of government employee ever since I was a kid as my dad was a prison guard. Being a prison guard was always the end goal for me and I believe Los Santos is the perfect place to be a Guard at some sort of DOC. I believe I should be hired as my father was a prison guard and he has always taught me to be the most professional I can be when it comes to my job. Another good thing I would bring to Department of Corrections is the fact that I was a bodyguard for Tequilala from the age of 18-20. I believe me being a bodyguard will help me handle situations at Department Of Corrections.

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I have always thought and been told that I handle stressful situations extremely well and will always be level headed in these situations.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
I believe my dedication and loyalty to what I believe in has always been a strong asset of mine. No matter how hard or stressful the situation might be I will always strive to bring the upmost quality standards. I have never been one to just quit on something and will always be the one to offer help to other people making sure that they dont have to stress as much and have an easier time with situations.
