Martin was born on the 26th of June in Los Santos. His family was a middle class of accountants and when he was young they gave him everything he wanted. he was a model student right away and all his classmates envied him for his high grades, thanks to the efforts of his parents he was able to study law and at 23 and he graduated with a decent rating. "Thanks" to the crysis he was unable to find a stable workplace immediately and ended up working for the Union Depository. After a while he was fed up with driving all day long and felt he isn't using his whole potential, he was really upset, one close person to him was his cousin, Jacob, one day Jacob called to check for Martin just like he often does, during the call Martin noticed that Jacob is too excited, he was about to ask what's going on and then Jacob offered him to come to Los Santos and stay with him until he finds a place to work at. For him it was really hard at the beginning, new start, new life, new city when he knows nobody except for his cousin, he heard about the San Andreas Department Of Corrections and thought it's a great opportunity for him.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
I'm planning to use all the time I got for the department in case I get hired, full energy and dedicate as much as I can.

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I'd like to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections cause I moved to Los Santos a while ago, and I heard about the department, heard that it handles the prison and holds the prisoners inside and that the department is actually in charge of the most dangerous criminals in Los Santos and Blaine County, I'm a man who likes challenges and I'd love to develop myself within the department and even reach high positions. I'm willing to do my best to promote it and make it a better place. I think I should be chosen over other applicants cause I got the ability to take control over stressful situations, I was told by my supervisor back then in the army that I got great leadership skills, I am able to remain calm and think wisely during stressful situations and that is a very good qualification that would help me a lot while working as a prison guard

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I'd say I handle it very well, during my service in the army I had to encounter hard situations including hard sights, I was serving as a Military paratrooper in the Israeli Defense Forces.

What qualifications or traits do you possess that may be an asset to us (minimum 75 words)?
The most valuable trait that I possess in my opinion is my ability to take control over stressful situations, as I mentioned before, I think I got some great leadership skills, I am able to remain calm always during difficult situations and think wisely during stressful situations and that is a very good qualification that would help me a lot while working as a guard in the SADOC, guards encounter stressful situations and even hostage situations very often. And good leadership skills will be a great addition to the department in my opinion.

Yes, I was serving in the Israeli Defense Forces as a Military paratrooper.
