I was born in Russia st Petersburg. On the 14th of July 1987 to Dimitry and Volga Mikhailov. My father worked in a Russian crime organization. He had to manufacture and supply guns to their customers. When I was 9, I started to help My father to make weapons. But after about a year, I was beginning to help make them myself. I have an older sister. She worked in the organization too. She helped to sell off the guns. My mother didn't want anything to do with the organization. She feared that one of her family members would end up getting killed or arrested. I was very smart in school. I was great at maths and science. My dad taught me more than the school did. I found school boring and when I was 16 he dropped out.
When my dad retired, I took my place in the organization and I was making weapons by myself. This didn't bother me as I was well experienced by that time. I continued to make weapons for a good few years after that, earning money for My family. When I was 17, her mother suffered a stroke and later died in hospital. The family was in shock and was devastated. After my mother passed away, I took a break from work for a while. During my break, I thought a lot about my future. I cared dearly for my family and always looked after them. One day, the organization’s hideout was raided by the police and I ended up in jail for the next 10 years. When I got out, I left the country. I moved to the USA, more specifically, Los Santos. During the time in the prison, I learned to be a better person and stop all the illegal activities and tried to help my sister out but she never listened to me.
I am ready to spend all of my energy and time into this job.
Because I think I really can make a change in the city, Even tho I have not many powers I will do all the work you ask me to do with full sincerity and I will be punctual in my works. I want to really serve the government and to be a part of the growth of the city, I would really like to get a chance to prove myself with the job you offer me to do. I want to change my past from a criminal and want to change what the other people think about me. I want to show to my sister that it was never a good decision from her side to get to the illegal side again and show her legal is always the safest and the best side to work on. And I would also like to expand my connection within the city with the legal people and to find and try to mingle with others.
I have experience with these kinds of situations and most likely would be happy to work with it.
I am a very calm and really responsible person, I would be most loved to be working as any of the ranks and will be please to obey any orders given by the leading members or any of my partners. I will be really happy to work with the members of the SADOC. Whatever the situation is even if the person is really making me angry I would be willing to stay calm and try to make sure to listen to their problems and to find a solution to the problem myself.

Yes, I got for DM. I was raiding the weed farms with my character Jessi Diamond. I went to the tables to check whether there are people cooking but I couldn't find any, It was when I heard shots outside when I went out I saw my friends shooting a guy on the bike. It is used for giving the person a chance to find out the output of his /me. EG: if a person does /me searches for Andre's wallet. Then he types in /do where can he find it.
