I was born and raised in San Andreas and moved here recently! I strive to help people to better themselves. I've had a few struggles while living here but im currently working on getting my own place and also working on getting my life straight. I spend my free time working on either my motorcycle or my Hot Rod getting faster and louder. I work deadend jobs like postalman and garbage runs and fish with friends a lot. I struggle with proving for my family and my kid. I put my kid before play but I wanna make my kids life the best that I can when it comes to making life choices and guiding him in the right direction In life. I don't wanna see him go through the struggles ive gone through when im right here and can give him all the tools I can.

How much time and energy do you plan on dedicating towards the department in the event you are hired?
As Much as im allowed to on a daily basis

Why do you want to join the San Andreas Department of Corrections, and why should we hire you over other applicants? (minimum 125 words)
I believe I can provide guidance and help for troubled inmates. I have seen the struggles they go through and have helpful tools that can guide them to the right path. Ive been down some dark roads and ive been pulled up and I believe if I can mentor them and give them resources that they wont come back into the system when they have served there time and released back into the public. I can relate on many levels and can be there friend but mentor and still know when to set my boundaries with a inmate while working with them. I don't believe im better or worse then any other applicant I just believe everyone has there own methods and don't wish to put someone lower or higher then me. I just wish to help protecting and serving this city and its people!

How do you handle pressure or stressful situations?
I slow it down in my head and create small goals to resolve the stressful situation as fast and calmly as possible

Im able to connect with others and create a bond so that they respect me and listen to me. Im also very good at reading people and protecting and doing my job the right way every day on time as im required to and go above and beyond helping others. im skilled at handling stressful issues and im skilled at resolving them also. I work well with others and have a lot of Resilience. Im also Open minded to learn what others do and why and show them what I do and why. IM dedicated to my work and I wont stop till its done!
