- B1. Why do you wish to own a shotgun license?
- i would like to start cooking wild gain, and this would support the efforts of doing that, instead of just using my trusted .50 and my flare gun incase of trouble i would feel much safer with a shotgun, since you can never know what is out there, this would make is more safe for me to go hunting.

- I have multiple safes installed throughout my apartment. Two of these safes are located on different floors and have different PIN codes. These are used to separately secure my .50 firearm and its ammunition.
I also have additional safes that are securely installed and anchored into the wall, ensuring that they cannot simply be removed or taken without significant effort.
I would use the same secure storage method for the shotgun and its ammunition. The shotgun itself would be stored in one safe, while the ammunition and the bolt of the shotgun would be stored separately in another safe. This ensures that the shotgun, its bolt, and its ammunition are never stored together when the firearm is not in use.
All of these safes have separate PIN codes, providing an additional layer of security
C. RULES AND RESTRICTIONS
- The licensee is responsible for all liability for, injury to, or death of any person, or damage to any property which may result through any act or omission of either the licensee or the agency that issued the license. In the event any claim, suit, or action is brought against the agency that issued the license, its chief officer, or any of its employees, by reason of, or in connection with any such act or omission, the licensee shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the agency that issued the license, its chief officer or any of its employees from such claim, suit, or action.
The licensee authorizes the licensing agency to investigate, as they deem necessary, the licensee's record and character to ascertain any and all information which may concern his/her qualifications and justification to be issued a license to carry a personal firearm and release said agency of any and all liability arising out of such investigation.
