    • Explain what happened, sufficient detail must be given to validate the justify the placed charges, videos could be provided.
      • Luca Marcello exited the Benny's mechanic workshop, stopping infront of my vehicle parked in a bay and then accelorated at high rates of speed, leaving the parking lot on the north west exit and then driving south on the railway track and re-entering the parking lot before accelorating out the eastern exit at high speed, losing me.

I would like to respectfully request that my appointed legal counsel be changed.

Due to previous interactions and personal concerns, I no longer have confidence that I can be properly represented by my current appointed attorney. I believe that trust between a lawyer and their client is essential, and unfortunately I do not feel that trust exists in this situation.

If the Court requires it, I am more than willing to provide a detailed explanation for my request. I simply did not want to make unnecessary allegations or include information that may not be relevant unless the Court wishes to hear it.
