3. GENERAL QUESTIONS
- 3.1 What motivations do you have for joining the San Andreas State Government and the Human Resources Division?
Arcus and Astrid spoke highly of their careers there and I took interest in joining. I would like to make a positive change and impact in improving our city for the better. I have experience doing clerical work, and helping organize and file paper work, contracts and working along side legal teams.
3.2 What experience (work/life) do you have that could be valuable to the Human Resources Division? :
I use to manage a large number of business accounts, I would have to help with clerical issues, processing orders and paper work, as well as drafting legal contracts for my customer. I worked as an account manager for almost 5 years. I also enjoyed working the customer service aspect to be able to assist them with any questions and helping maintain a positive working relationship.
3.3 What would you say is your greatest strength and weakness? :
I am good at talking with people and have been told I work well in a team. I enjoy helping people and working through issues they are having and trying to find the best outcome to help them with their needs. I need to improve on my self confidence! I also hate talking about myself as I can tend to be shy sometimes.

I want to be able to work as a team and help us succeed in reaching goals and tasks provided. I am new to working in government, but I want to learn more and get hands on experience. I feel I am adaptable and can help facilitate what ever tasks and goals have been put before me or my team.

I am fairly new to the city but I am a hard worker, I enjoy a fast paced environments. I like to think creatively, work along like minded people who enjoy getting stuff done. I feel like I'm a fast learner and always hungry to learn new things and help where I can!
