At the time of 14:00 of June 27th I was on a traffic stop with 2x Masked Deputies. They immediately asked me out of the vehicle in which I complied, They asked for permission to search my car straight away in which I refused as is my right. I told the Deputy I do not conesent to any Illegal searches or siezures. I was then told that I was driving on the incorrect lane of travel for a period of time that is unknown to me. To the best of my knowledge my actions constitute nothing but a civil traffic infraction at best. Deputies then pressed for the charge of VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle, Following the 6 hour suspension on the charge. I asked the Deputy while I was out of the vehicle if I was free to go or if I was under arrest, He told me "Your on a traffic stop" Which did not answer my question. It is unknown to me as to who the deputy was as he was masked. However he did provide me his badge number which was 24662. I believe my arrest was wrongful and he was only pushing this so he could try and find a reason to search my vehicle. Upon a search he found nothing.
According to the charge, VM03 - Reckless Operation of a Road or Marine Vehicle, After reading its description I do not believe it fits what actually happened. I urge the courts to find justice here as I was characterized and this is all the sheriffs department could find to attempt to put an innocent man away.
