3. GENERAL QUESTIONS
- 3.1 What interested you in applying for a position in the Government Security Bureau?:
I've been working for DOC now for a number of months and this experience has been fantastic. However, I would like the opportunity to get out and about in the city proper to see how I can further give back to the community. GSB operates as a rather unique corner of the city's Law Enforcement and I believe I would be a great fit for duties and responsibilities of a GSB Agent.
3.2 What experience (work/life) do you have that could be valuable to the Government Security Bureau and its purpose? (100 words minimum):
Before coming to the city I worked for Gruppe Sechs in the UK doing cash transits and asset protection. Ever since I have been employed at DOC which has taught me some fantastic skills, including weapons handling and maintenance, de-escalation techniques, medical skills, tactical movement drills, and how to handle the general public (from my Bailiff duties). Whilst working for Gruppe Sechs I aquired the initial skills required to protect individuals, both from outside harm and themsevles.
It has been noted many times during performance reviews that I am a hard worker, often going the extra mile to ensure my duties are completed to the best of my abilities.
3.3 What would you say is your greatest strength and weakness? (75 words minimum):
I have meticulous attention to detail and a strong passion for any job I work. I take great pride in what I do on a day-to-day, regardless of the task I'm doing. However, this can sometimes lead to perfectionism and I can sometimes get caught up with a task or overthink it if I don't believe it has been done to the best of my abilities.
I can also make the best smash burgers you'll ever eat.

As an experienced security personnel, I began my career in the United Kingdom with Gruppe Sechs. After moving to San Andreas, I started working with the Department of Corrections. During my service in the DOC, I had some great opportunities to develop self-control skills and receive top-quality training in weapon manipulation and medical aid, as well as tactical movement. Furthermore, my Bailiff activities allowed me to gain some experience while working with the general public and resolving potential conflicts before they get worse.
The motivation behind my application to become a member of the Government Security Bureau is my desire to utilize my experiences gained from behind the bars in a more active way, which implies taking responsibility for security in the entire city. Although I have been enjoying working at the DOC, I am now willing to move forward and accept new challenges. The reason why I deserve to be selected is my ability to follow orders with discipline, as well as tactical expertise I received in previous positions. In addition to that, I always strive to perform tasks properly and represent the bureau with professionalism.
