  I would like to remind you of the below rule about operating a business without a license:
  
  Failure to license your business while operating in a commercial capacity will result in a "lock-down" of your business and any property associated with it by the San Andreas State Government. Any business placed in "lock-down" may be sold but may not be operated in a commercial capacity. Further continuation of commercial capacity operations without licensing will result in a full seizure of any property associated with the business, termination of the business by the San Andreas State Government, and the business owner will also not be eligible to own, register, or license a business for 1 month.
  
  You will be given 1 week to pay from this notice. Failure to pay will result in the above being enforced and legal action taken against you. If your business is no longer operating please notify us.

after multiple requests to have my Sister, Scarlett Knight, to also be notified of these messages
I have purposefully decided to withhold my payment.
Scarlett Knight is co-owner of these companies and therefore she also needs to be notified of these messages.

As shown on the messages I have mentioned Scarlett Knight on the notice, So she has been added to the notices and should have gotten a notification of each notification.

Notification to Scarlett Knight can be located in the top of the messages of the past 3 Notice's, if she has not gotten the notification please ensure her account is under the name of Scarlett Knight.

I would like to apologize for the delays and headaches this entire process has caused you. This response serves to hopefully resolve the remainder of the concerns you have listed above. ((I want to start by trying to solve some of our communication errors, namely the lack of pings and notices you are receiving from these posts. One way we can rectify this is by having you change your name on the gov site to reflect your legal name associated with your businesses. In order to do this, you can navigate to your name in the top right corner of the site, click the drop-down and select User Control Panel (UCP), once in the UCP select the Profile option and then navigate to Edit Account Settings. If this does not work for you, please let us know and we can go ahead and change that for you. ))

Now moving on to the licensing issues and concerns. I have gone ahead and updated the licensing to reflect your request, I've outlined the changes below. Please let me know if anything appears to be incorrect.

• Avalon Entertainment has been archived.
• Avalon Knightclub was removed as a subsidiary from Avalon Entertainment and moved to Scarlett & Co.
• Wax Haven Theatre was removed as a subsidiary from Avalon Entertainment and moved to Scarlett & Co.
• Avalon Entertainment licensing (this thread) will be archived once these issues are resolved.
• Moments has been labeled inactive and archived for the time being. Feel free to respond to the topic to reactivate it.
• Tastebuds has been labeled inactive and archived for the time being. Feel free to respond to the topic to reactivate it.
• Scarlett & Co. licensing has seen the removal of Moments & Tastebuds and the addition of Avalon Knightclub & Wax Haven Theatre and no changes to any of the existing licenses you hold. If you would like to change the licenses you hold please let us know. Your licenses are currently:

  • Graphics/Artwork
  • Event Organizer
  • Raffles
  • Vending Machine

I had one question, would you like the Liquor and Adult Entertainment licenses transferred over to your Scarlett & Co. licensing?

With all of this in mind and pending the above question, you will owe nothing for the outstanding issues with Avalon Entertainment and for Scarlett & Co. the breakdown of your monthly recurring and current owed can be found below:

Recurring Costs (Monthly): $10,000

• If you decide to add Liquor to this from the Avalon Entertainment licensing this will be $20,000

Current Owing (for the month of May): $10,000

• If you decide to add Liquor to this from the Avalon Entertainment licensing this will be $20,000
