The San Andreas Judicial Branch is looking to expand our partnership with private law firms. We are always happy to have firms that are in good standing with the Courts and Bar Association join us to help aid in representation of the state. In order to qualify please reach out to the Branch Administrator or Director of the Bar Association via email.

- Have a law firm business license in good standing.
- All attorneys registered to the firm are in good standing with the Bar Association and Courts.
- To be in good standing the firm must not have any violations of the attorney Code of Ethics or fines levied against them by the Courts.
- Email the Branch Administrator or Director of the Bar Association. The request must come from one of the licensed partners of the firm.

- Pro-bono attendance to legal questionings or legal consultations at SADOC upon request.

- Pro-bono representation at Bench Trials.
- We ask that private attorneys appear when bench trials are scheduled to either represent alongside a public defense attorney or to cover for defense attorney absence.
- Please note you will still received the private attorney performance bonus per case.
- There may be the rare occasion for SAJB to call upon a private attorney to represent at a formal criminal trial, despite the defendants selection for a public defense attorney. If this occurs, a salary will be discussed in addition to receiving a private attorney performance bonus at the end of the case.
Once partnered with the Judicial Branch, your law firm will need to make their way to pick up a SAJB pager. This will allow for us to page you whenever defendants at SADOC need a legal consult or when Law Enforcement Officers are conducting legal questioning. After you respond to the pager request, a member of the Judicial Branch will reach out via text or phone call with a location and point of contact. We will do our best to send you a copy of their charges and name of defendant prior to your arrival at SADOC.

- RP responding to the pager. /me takes out their SAJB pager, turns it on, and presses the button to respond.
- Post in the discord pager channel "Responding".
- Receive an IC phone call or text. ))
